Fun Factory Kaahumanu Center is hiring Customer Service Representatives. CSR’s are our frontline employees. They ensure our customers have a fun-filled experience while in our stores.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner

• Have basic knowledge of all our games

• Assist in merchandising

• Check games to make sure they are operational

• Perform basic housekeeping such as mopping, dusting, sweeping and vacuuming

Job Requirements:

• High School graduate

• 18+ yrs old

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

• Computer literate

• Have prior cash-handling experience

• Must be able to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
